Roxanne Peckham is a Toronto based artist who specializes in word art. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting at Ontario College of Art and Design University in 2017.

Roxanne’s paintings are composed entirely of hand-written words, each anecdote layered and interwoven to form a larger visual whole. Her pieces invite viewers to step closer, to discover the stories embedded within, and to reflect on how small fragments of language can build something far greater than themselves. Through this interplay of text and image, the work becomes both visual and literary—an act of storytelling transformed into form. It is at once intricate and meditative, encouraging quiet introspection as the words reveal their power not just in meaning, but in their collective presence.
